Return & Refund Policy

3.1 7-Day Technical Return Window

If a mobile phone or accessory arrives with a manufacturing defect, hardware malfunction, or deviates from the ordered technical model, you may request a technical exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the electronic item must be completely unused, unaltered, free of user-linked accounts or passwords, and kept in its original pristine packaging with all factory seals, serial stickers, and accessories intact.

3.2 IMEI & Unsealed Box Exclusions

To maintain strict anti-counterfeiting, data security, and authentication standards for our tech community, certain items—including mobile phones that have been turned on, registered, or had their factory box seals broken, as well as opened internal component replacements—cannot be returned or exchanged unless a structural factory defect is officially verified by our technical diagnostic team.

3.3 Diagnostics & Refund Processing

Once your return item is received at our central engineering and diagnostics hub, it undergoes a rigorous hardware and IMEI verification scan. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days. Return shipping logistics for verified manufacturer defects will be fully managed and covered by CellSync.
